How can I view the status of my order? Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

What are your shipping costs? You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Do you ship outside the USA and how long does it take? Yes, we do. You can choose your country and shipping method after you add items to your shopping cart. The most cost effective options for international shipping are USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. First Class does not come with a tracking number and can take as little as 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks for delivery. Priority Mail is more expensive but comes with a delivery confirmation code and USPS estimates delivery at 6 to 10 days, but we have had it take as long as 4 weeks.  International shipments are subject to duty and tax upon arrival in your country.

What is a Tablet WALLPORT? Our tablet WALLPORT is the best accessory for the iPad™ and one that doesn’t just show off the beauty of the iPad™ but keeps it at your fingertips where it belongs. No longer will you wonder where you left your iPad™ or where to park it. Simply slide it into our WALLPORT and make the most of your iPad™.

Our Tablet WALLPORT is a solid piece of 1/8 inch thick aluminum precision made to mount your iPad™ onto a wall or 100mm VESA mount. We offer a couple of different VESA mount options to make the most of the WALLPORT. We make it to be functional while complimenting the stylish good looks of the iPad™.

How do I use it? It’s easy! Just pick how you want to display your iPad™ - Portrait, Landscape, or with a  VESA compliant mount. (We sell those too.) Mount the WALLPORT with the hardware provided and the slide your iPad™ into the Port. There are no complicated and cumbersome tabs or screws that have to be locked in place. Just slide in to mount and then slide out to remove. See? We told you it’s easy!

What keeps my tablet in the WALLPORT? We love the beauty of iPad™ so we designed our WALLPORT to hold your iPad™ as securely as possible without ruining the sleek and perfect looks of its design.  We designed the WALLPORT with four low profile guides on the sides and bottom to keep your iPad™ secured yet easy to slide in or out, in either portrait or landscape orientation - it's your choice.

Can I get a different colors to match my decor? Why yes, you can! We think our WALLPORT is pretty cool and unique so we offer it in standard colors of Gloss Chrome, Black Crinkle, Gloss White, Red Crinkle, and Brown Crinkle. If you have color ideas, let us know.

Can I use my own case or none at all? Our iPad™ WALLPORT was designed to work with not only the naked iPad™ but also with a variety of slim silicone, TPU, and plastic cases. According to our calculations, our Naked Fit WALLPORT should be used with a totally Naked/Skin protected iPad™ may be able to be used with some super slim cases. Our Case Fit WALLPORT will work with a case that adds between up to 5 mm to the total width of iPad™.

Unlike like other wall mounts, you don't need a special case to make it work for you. Just choose the WALLPORT fit you prefer.

If you don't already have your own but would like a protective case, we also sell our own TPU cases for a fraction of what others cost without those annoying brand logos plastered across the back. We offer them in a variety of colors and they work flawlessly with our WALLPORT.

I am interested in the Naked Fit WALLPORT but am afraid of scratches? We understand!  Each WALLPORT comes with a full set of protective felt pads to keep your iPad™ scratch free and extra safe and snug.

Does it come with hardware? Each iPad™ WALLPORT comes with a set of hardware to mount directly onto the wall or onto a compatible 100mm VESA mount. Our WALLPORT also comes with a set of self-adhesive pads to help protect the beauty of your iPad™.

Can I charge my device while in the port? Absolutely! We designed our WALLPORT to leave all of the iPad™’s controls and jacks unobstructed. You can charge, plug in speakers or headphones, and adjust the volume while your iPad™ is in the WALLPORT. Use your own charging cable or use our 6 foot after-market cable that we sell, again, at a fraction of the price of other resellers.

What forms of payment do you accept? TabletWallPort.com accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Google Checkout.  We ensure the security of all transactions through the PayPal and Google secure web checkout including regular credit card purchases. You do not need a PayPal account to complete a standard credit card order. On the payment page, just look for the link that says “Don't have a PayPal account?” and click “Continue”.
